Kayak leaders: Kendall Buck and Olivia Henry. Hike leader: Ed Blanchard. Hikers: Meet at the Ranger Station to walk onto the dam, then drive to trailhead by Lower Shelter for hike and picnic. Kayakers: Bear left at fork following Beach sign to end of road, put in, and park. Paddle left to Quechee Gorge rocks (3.3 miles) with option to swim and eat lunch on rocks (wear water shoes with treads). Kayakers can turn around at any point and return to beach for lunch. Arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
