Leaders: Kendall Buck and Susan Peterman. Through special arrangement with resident Susan Peterman, the group will kayak and hike at Eastman Pond, part of the Eastman Community. Kayakers unload at the boat launch ramp then park off Alpine Vista; hikers park off Alpine Vista and walk along the shore. Afterward, drive to the main parking lot at the South Cove Activity Center for a parking pass. Bring lunch, chair, and swimsuit/towel if swimming. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
