    Gentle stretching and meditation using a variety of yoga disciplines. No experience required, appropriate for all levels. Bring a yoga strap for stretching exercises. Walk-in program; arrive early as class fills quickly. Meets Mondays at 9:00am and Thursdays at 10:15am.
